Goals
We aim to aide individuals through a wide array of professional services including but not limited to: Programs serving at risk students, counseling, housing rehabilitation, initiatives for seniors, and programs designed to serve battered women and children. Our Goal is to create safe spaces conducive for transformation. We aim to build and develop facilities to serve a diverse set of needs and provide them in an excellent way.

21st Century
Learning Center
The purpose of this program is to:
(A) Provide opportunities for academic enrichment, including providing tutorial services to help academic standards for students and families at Glen Oaks Magnet High School;
(B) Offer students a broad array of additional services, programs and activities, such as youth development activities, designed to reinforce and complement the regular academic program of participating students; and
(C) Offer families of students served by community learning centers opportunities for active and meaningful engagement in their children’s education, including opportunities for literacy and related educational development.

Dr. Jessica Exkano is a Baton Rouge, LA
native. She has a PhD in Education Leadership & Research from Louisiana State University. She brings years of grants administration experience to the role. Her mission is to engage, empower, and equip 21st century youth.
Our Future
Identify areas within the city that would greatly benefit from the resources of the Full Life Model.
Configure satellite agencies in indicated areas to duplicate and expand the reach of the organization.
